Where is my activation code?
When you sign up to be a Falcon Beach Member, you have to provide a few pieces of information – one of which is your e-mail address. After sign up is complete, an e-mail is sent to the address you provided to verify your account. If you did not provide the right e-mail address, you won’t be able to activate your account. However, if you did provide the correct e-mail address, the e-mail might just be taking a few extra minutes to get there, or it’s landed in your Junk Mail folder – be sure to check that out!

I forgot my password. What do I do?
You can retrieve your password by heading to the Forums and clicking on the ‘Log On’ button. There is field there called ‘Forgot your password?’ Fill in the e-mail address you used to sign up, and then check your e-mail to see if you received your password. If it’s not there, wait a few minutes in case there is a delay – also, you should check your junk mail folder to see if it accidentally went there.
